Transform your favourite lens into a classic anamorphic lens for that cinematic look

Product Description

What it is: The Moment 1.33x Anamorphic Lens Adapter transforms almost any lens into an anamorphic lens with a wider aspect ratio and sweet anamorphic flares.

Why it's needed: It gives your content a new look without having to fork out for another lens.

Take your footage from beginner to pro in less than 30 seconds.

The Moment 1.33x Anamorphic Lens Adapter is the easiest way to transform your footage into high-quality cinematic frames at an affordable price.

Why Shoot Moment Anamorphic?

Cinematic Look & Feel

Anamorphic lenses allow for a wider aspect ratio, giving your images and videos a more cinematic look right out of the camera. The Moment Anamorphic Adapter is a 1.33x squeeze that transforms 16:9 video into a glorious widescreen 2:35:1 frame.

Affordability & Adaptability

Anamorphic lenses in Hollywood can cost upwards of $60,000 and can be cumbersome to use. Affordable alternatives have come out recently but require purchasing multiple anamorphic prime lenses. Our anamorphic adapter is affordable, easy to use, and adapts your existing lenses for endless possibilities.

Anamorphic Flares

Get those iconic streaks of light you’ve seen countless times in your favorite movies and tv shows.

Design & Build Quality

Our goal was to bring affordability and cinema-grade quality into one product; while making the adapter as simple as shooting on a traditional lens.

Easy to Install & Use

Historically, anamorphic adapters haven’t always been accessible or easy to use. Ours quickly screw on the front of your existing photo, cinema, or vintage lenses, and with the quick press of a button to orient the lens, you’ll be shooting in 30 seconds or less.

Front-Filter Threading

Traditionally, many anamorphic lenses don’t have front threading and require using matte boxes for filters like Variable ND Filters. We have an 82mm filter thread with ours, and our Moment Variable ND Filter pairs perfectly. Be sure to add one to your order.

Say Goodbye to External Monitors

Filmmakers can use our 1.33x Anamorphic Lens Adapter with cameras like the Sony FX3 and Blackmagic, which allows them to view de-squeezed anamorphic footage in-camera. This feature eliminates needing an external monitor, making it ideal for fast-paced shoots.

Camera and Lens Compatibility

We've made this adapter as compatible with as many lenses as possible - vintage included. Our Included adapters fit 67mm, 72mm, 77mm, and 82mm filter threads.

Sony, Fuji, Blackmagic, Leica, Nikon, Canon and more will be compatible. As long as you are using a camera with lenses that have a standard filter thread, this adapter will work like a charm.

Focal Length Compatibility

Because of how the anamorphic lens manipulates the image, it also affects the focal length. Therefore it's good to note there's a minimum focal length we recommend for getting the best results on Full Frame, Super 35, and Micro Four-Thirds.
