Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase so our policy is pretty simple.

Dispatched Orders
For items that are already dispatched, we cannot cancel your order unless the order is declared as lost by the shipping service.

Change of Mind
We will accept change of mind returns provided that:

  • You contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to receive an return authorisation
  • The item is in brand new condition
  • You post the item back to us
Once we receive the item you can choose to exchange it or get a refund.

We recommend that you use a trackable / traceable service as we cannot provide a refund for items we do not receive.

  • Reason for return
  • Whether you would like to exchange or get a refund
We will contact you within 2 business days with further instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect please contact our team immediately - with the following.
  • Your order details
  • Photo of the incorrect or damaged product

We will contact you within 2 business days. Once we verify that an error has been made we will cover return postage for the incorrect or damaged item.
