Current Status: Our facility is fulfilling orders

Due to the current circumstances with COVID-19 we are taking additional precautions for the safety of our customers.

The Usual is an online business - so we already work from home. We are at WeWork occasionally too but we are opting to stick to the home office for now.

Our orders are fulfilled from a separate facility in Sydney. Below are the latest updates we have received from them.

23/3 Update

• Orders will continue to be fulfilled from the facility
• All incoming and outgoing parcels from the facility will be sprayed with sanitising spray. Hand sanitiser has been provided to all staff.
• Staff who are feeling unwell have been advised to stay home
